Middle School Registration Form
A Released Time Education Program is being offered to the High School & Middle School students of Anderson District One. All students are invited to attend class with parental permission. CLC Middle School students’ class is a non-credit course. CLC High School students will receive credit for the course. If your child is enrolled in Anderson District One and would like to participate, please contact your local school or the Palmetto Baptist Association.
Christian Learning Center for Palmetto High School and Palmetto Middle School is located across from the Palmetto Baptist Associational Office.
Our staff members will transport your child to and from the above location. For further information, please call 864.847.7348.

“Released Time” Christian Education

WHAT…Is Released Time? Released Time is a time set aside in the school day when parents can release their children from public school during an elective class to leave campus and receive Christian instruction. The Supreme Court declared the practice constitutional in 1952.

WHO…Is Christian Learning Centers of the Upstate (CLC)? CLC is a non-profit, non-denominational Christian organization whose sole purpose for existence is to establish Released Time programs in public schools in the Anderson District One area. Our mission is to transform the moral character of the students in our public schools by introducing them to Jesus Christ and teaching them sound Biblical doctrine.
